About Sid Labs
SidLabs was founded to make psychological safety and emotional wellbeing a default, not a luxury.

We don’t just hand out strategies; we build systems where wellbeing becomes embedded in everyday life. Our work spans schools, organisations, and individuals, but our approach always rests on the same principles: respect, curiosity, and the courage to listen without judgment.

At the heart of SidLabs are our wellbeing toolkits — rooted in deep psychological theory, designed to be simple and “plug-and-play.” From Viraam (grounding and clarity) to Guftagoo (conversations that build trust), these tools integrate seamlessly into classrooms, teams, and personal practice.

We offer them through programs, workshops, and licensing models, so the impact doesn’t end with one session — it grows into a sustainable system of safety and connection.
SidLabs is not here to “fix” people. We’re here to create the conditions where they don’t need fixing in the first place.
Hey, I am Siddharth
I’m Siddharth Iyer Varma — a psychologist, storyteller, and designer of experiences that make people feel safe enough to speak, share, and grow.

From training teachers in under-resourced schools with Teach For India, to guiding corporate managers at companies like Dell, my work revolves around one core belief: curiosity and non-judgment unlock human potential faster than fear and control ever will.

Through innovations like the Guftagoo Box and the Yatra Toolkit, I’ve built practical, playful tools that make hard conversations easier and help people confront vulnerabilities without shame. Whether it’s a 12-year-old in a circle time session or a senior executive in a boardroom, my mission is the same: create spaces where honesty isn’t punished, help isn’t weakness, and growth feels inevitable.
