Wellbeing is a Systemic problem, Not a Slogan
Changing one piece won’t fix the whole — the system needs micro shifts that add up.
Wellbeing is not a single choice or one-off activity. It is a system.
Right now most schools and organisations try to fix wellbeing by changing one piece of the puzzle. A workshop here. A meditation session there. A quick stress break or a motivational talk. But the system itself does not change.
True wellbeing depends on the micro, invisible shifts that shape an ecosystem. The questions teachers ask. The way managers listen. The rituals that help people pause and reflect. These small choices are what create safe cultures and thriving environments.
At SidLabs we design interventions, trainings and specialised wellbeing kits that bring these micro changes to life. One small shift at a time, the ecosystem transforms.

Our Wellbeing Kits
Our wellbeing kits are the foundation of everything we do. Each one is rooted in deep psychological theory but designed to be plug-and-play — simple tools that any school, workplace, community, or individual can use right away.
Every kit can be experienced in a session or workshop, but the real power comes through licensing. When schools, organisations, or coaches license our kits, they gain a system that can be integrated into daily routines, sustained over time, and scaled across teams or classrooms.
The result: A transformation that is
accessible, repeatable, and lasting.
How we support you vision of wellbeing

For Organisations
We help teams move from silence and stress to trust and energy.
Through facilitated sessions and our plug-and-play toolkits like Guftagoo and Viraam, employees learn to speak up, manage stress, and build
cultures of psychological safety.
We also license these toolkits so HR leaders can continue embedding wellbeing practices into daily work long after the workshop ends.

School Wellbeing
We support schools in creating emotionally safe, joyful, and connected learning environments.
Teachers and staff use our toolkits — like Guftagoo for classroom conversations and First Aid for Wellbeing for staff resilience — to feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Licensing gives schools a sustainable wellbeing system they can run year-round, transforming not just classrooms but the entire school culture.

For Individuals & Coaches
Personal growth and professional practice both need space to reflect and reset.
Our specialised toolkits — from Moksha for self actualization to Yatra for working through shame — make emotional wellbeing practical, playful, and powerful.
You can use them for your own journey or license them as part of your coaching and training practice to bring deeper impact to your clients.

About
SidLabs was founded by Siddharth Iyer Varma, a clinical psychologist and well-being consultant dedicated to making psychological safety practical.
After working with UNICEF, Dell, and The Shri Ram School, Siddharth saw a gap: wellbeing was treated as a one-time activity, not as a system. SidLabs was created to change that.
At the heart of SidLabs are our well-being toolkits — rooted in deep psychological theory yet designed to be simple and “plug-and-play.” We integrate these kits into schools, organisations, and individual practice through trainings, programs, and licensing models.
This ensures wellbeing is not just a single workshop, but a sustainable system that keeps running long after the first session ends.
